- SPRING 2016 April 13th, 2016 @2:15PM Deer Creek HS PAAC Gymnasium 20795 N. MacArthur Blvd Edmond, OK 73012 Congratulations! It’s finally here! The day you have been waiting for so you can announce to everyone your intentions of where you will compete in college. Here is what you need to do: 1) Notify your high school coach of your intensions to sign with a college/university and they will notify the athletic department to add you to the list of signees. 2) Your Letter of Intent or a copy and a pen so that you can do the ceremonial signing at the “Signing Assembly”. 3) Invite your close family and friends. a. Have everyone arrive 15-20 minutes early so they can get the best seat. 4) Any decorations you want to bring to decorate your table. a. (Table cloth, sign, school pennant, etc…) (Optional) b. Cookies, cakes, etc… to share with family and friends. (Optional) 5) You may want to wear school apparel of your college choice. 6) You will be introduced so you can announce your intentions and thank friends and family, then your high school coach will be invited to speak.
