DEMOLITION CONTRACT Project site: 75 Redmyre Rd Strathfield NSW Contact: Tim Jo on0401673847
Contract Scope of works:
1. Demolish and remove from site all walls and floors as indicated on the "demolition plan" 2- Brick & Slab cutting as shown on the "brick cutting plan" to provide clean straight edges. 3. As part of the floor demolition stated above (l), demolish existing underfloor brick piers in this are included that support the ground floor. Note these piers not shown on drawing but contract.
Inclusions:
1. All equipment
and labour required for demolition and costs associated with dumping
material offsite.
Exclusions:
1. All service disconnection and relocation (by owner) Z. All Roof Tiles for the main residence, Roof Trusses and ceiling joists for the main residence (by owner)
3. Rear yard shed and rear yard retaining walls (owner) 4. All salvagable items will be removed by the client prior to demolition,
e'g' Air Conditioners, hot water appliances, Kitchen roller doors, front gate, side gates, external window shutters, system (bY owner)
5. Any asbestos
that may be found is not included'
Site & Access Information:
