[email protected] 1. Entries must be available on a vector program eg Illustrator and be scalable up or down in size, depending on the use. Entries must be made using the applicable method. Neither VAI or any affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to VAI promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason. 2. VAI does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded and contestants hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any such problems. 3. No entry charge. 4. Open to Over 18s who are resident in the Republic of Ireland. The VAI reserve the right to seek proof of age and residency. 5. This competition is not open to the Board Members of the VAI or to the judging panel, their immediate family members or associated companies. For these purposes an “immediate family member” includes a spouse, partner, child, step child, grandchild, brother, step brother, sister, step sister, parent, step parent or legal guardian. 6. Use of false names or false addresses will result in disqualification. 7. Deadline is 5pm 31st March 2017. All competition entries must be received by VAI in the required format before the advertised closing date. No entries will be accepted after this time and date. VAI does not accept responsibility for any entries which are not received. 8. Entries which are inaccurate, inaudible or incomplete or not received by the VAI are deemed void. 9. You will receive a confirmation of receipt email within 24 hours, so if you do not receive this, please check the email address used and resend it. If you still do not receive confirmation, please call the VAI office. 10. VAI reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice. VAI reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at its sole discretion. 11. The winning prize is €500. The prize is strictly as specified. 16. The winning fee will only be paid via an online bank transfer. 17. An independent qualified judging panel will be set up to judge the winning entry. 18. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, the VAI's decision is final. 19. Any entrant (or those associated with the VAI) who are seeking to influence the Judging panel (or in any way to influence the result of the competition) will be disqualified. 20. The winner will be announced at the VAI AGM and subsequently on our Facebook page “Volleyball Ireland” on the 6th May 2017. VAI's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 21. By entering, all Entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the competition rules. 22.
