Vision • The Alliance Center is a space for people to dream, work and collaborate for the greater good. It is designed to enable greater collaboration, productivity and innovation that advances sustainability.

Create a physical ‘Hub for Sustainability’ Maintain the LEED EBOM Gold and investigate earning LEED EBOM V3 Platinum. Develop a cost effective high-performing, replicable building model and framework to transform existing commercial office and historic buildings.
