Abby is fully qualified to assess the sustainability of a variety of developments including both residential and non-residential developments under BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes and Home Quality Mark. As a BREEAM Accredited Professional Abby has demonstrated a good working knowledge of environmental design and the assessment process and is experienced at dealing with sustainability throughout the project stages from producing detailed pre-assessment reports to inform the team pre-planning, to undertaking the formal assessment during the design and construction stages. Abby feels that a key part of her role involves working with the project team to help them understand how the assessment process works and the logic behind the various targets – she feels strongly that sustainable development should not be about just ticking boxes, but it does require a fresh look at how we build our buildings, in particular when we start to think about the sustainability objectives.

Sean Stafford Sean is the owner of Saffer Cooper Consultancy based in Manchester. A chartered surveyor by profession, Sean has spent over 15years working in and around the social housing sector mainly in the area of development and valuation. Sean has a passion for what he does and describes his current role as his “dream job”. Outside of work Sean is a keen Triathlete competing most weekends in this country and abroad – he never wins but gives it a good go!
Fred Truter
Greg Warner- Harris Greg Warner-Harris has worked in the low cost and assisted home ownership sector since 1997. Greg and his teams have been responsible for bringing over 2,000 New-Build Shared Ownership and other intermediate purchase products to market.
Fred is a software architect working on next generation solutions to everyday problems. He has been passionately programming since 1979 and joined SDS in 2001 and has since audited hundreds of appraisals. Because Fred firmly believes in lifting people out of rental poverty and onto the housing ladder, he helps empower RPs to develop and deliver more housing with less resources through the supply of software tools for appraisal, project management, benchmarking and sales.
Mark Leith
Before creating Domus IMH, Greg was the Sales and Marketing Director for a major developing housing association and its commercial subsidiary which sold homes on the ‘open market’ to generate cross subsidy for the social parent.
As Senior Partner for Domus IMH, Greg brings his experience & expertise to provide cost effective specialist services to the wider sector.
Having worked in housing for over 20 years, both in front-line and support functions, Mark joined the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Public Service reform Team in July 2016. A unique role in GM, the purpose of the role is to act as the voice of the social housing providers, and to work on key areas of reform , including homelessness, offender accommodation, and supporting the delivery of the Housing Memorandum of Understanding.
He will share the creation of an innovative piece of software which assists in matching homes to applicants on the waiting list, and the process that needs to follow.
