K-Cup Youth Street Hockey Tourney Saturday, April 4, 2015 What: Saturday Outdoor Street Hockey Tourney that has taken the place of the previous Kensington Cup Street Hockey League that used to run in the Fall and Spring. Tourney is “Dek” style i.e. in sneakers. Who: Players ages 5 – 14. Do not have to have ice hockey experience. When: Saturday, April 4, 2015 11 AM – 3 PM Where: Rock Creek Hills, Saul Rd Inline Rink in Kensington, MD Why: Great weather, win the K-Cup, play with other kids that may or may not play ice hockey, something to do the day before Easter! Tourney Fee: $25.00 - $7.50 for players that played Winter 2014-15 Hockey - $7.50 for players with a RLAC Reversible How: Register through www.rlacmetros.com > Login/Register Equipment: Helmet with cage (hockey or lacrosse), gloves (hockey or lacrosse). What Else?: Players that do not have an RLAC reversible will receive one to keep! How Will Teams Be Divided?: You will be assigned to a team in you register as an individual. Or…. Can I Register an Entire Team? Yes, you can register an entire team, but your team will be assigned to an appropriate division. Teams registered must bring a set of their own jerseys that are matching or close to matching. TEAM REGISTRATION FEE: $250.00 / Per Team.

TOURNAMENT AND ENTRY DETAILS:
Team Entry Fee is $100.00. $25.00 Off Before 3/1. $20.00 for Individual players. Champion will be awarded with the “Langway Cup” and is invited to play in subsequent year’s tourney at a discounted rate. All Players must be 18 years of age or older by the start date of the tournament. Age exceptions may be made for goaltenders only in extenuating circumstances. Each team is guaranteed 3 games during round robin play. The game schedule will be sent via e-mail to the team contacts no later than one week prior to the event. Player rosters must be submitted 1 week prior to Tourney to Bob DeGemmis at [email protected].

Summer Street Hockey Skills Week VI Mon June 15 – June 19 NEW DAT! 8:00 AM - Noon Kensington, MD Saul Rd Rink adjacent to Rock Creek Hills Park
No Experience Required! Great Weather! AGES: Atom (5 – 6), Penguin (7-9), Beaver (10-12), Cadet (13-15). Boys and girls can play. SCHEDULE: Drop-off 8:00 – 8:30 AM. Camp runs until noon. EQUIPMENT: Helmet with cage, gloves, stick, sneakers required. Shin guards, elbow pads are recommended. Goalie equipment provided. INLINE ELEMENT: Players that choose, can bring inline skates. Shinguards and elbow pads are required to skate. FEES: $150.00 for 1 player. $50.00 Sibling discount. Early Bird Discount $25.00 on/before 4/1/2014; $75.00 Discount for players playing RLAC Summer Travel Hockey.

DIII CAMP Hockey-Soccer-Lacrosse Date: June 29 – July 3 (Tentative) WHO: All youth multisport players that play ice hockey or want to play ice hockey. No minimum age, but players will have to make it through a tough active morning of sports! WHAT: Half day camp. WHEN: Drop off between 8:00 – 8:30 am at Cabin John Soccer Fields. Pick-up at 1:00 – 1:30 pm when we get off the ice. WHERE: Cabin John Regional Park Soccer Fields and Cabin John Ice Rink WHY: Motor skills and fitness for hockey and other sports, fun, on-ice in the heat mid-day! Camp giveaways! HOW: Register through www.rlacmetros.com > Login/Register COST & DISCOUNTS: $335.00/Week -$35.00 Before 4/1 -$75.00 Players playing summer RLAC Travel -$25.00 Players that played Winter 2014-15 RLAC Ice Hockey - $85.00 off for sibling, BRING: Soccer shoes/running shoes, Lacrosse Stick (lax pads or use hockey pads), hockey gear.
