Building  Your  Rainbow  Bridge

Week  Six

Welcome  to  week  six  of  “Building  Your  Rainbow  Bridge!”    On  this  page  you  will  find   notes  that  relate  to  the  topics  covered  in  the  class  recording.     Week  Six  Goal:       This  week,  we  build  the  sixth  leg  of  our  bridge  by  working  with  Ruby  Red  light.     Ruby  Red  light  is  considered  the  color  of  the  healer  and  the  emotional  body.    As  we   travel  to  our  Soul  Center  with  Ruby,  our  intention  is  to  align  ourselves  with  both  the   physical  and  spiritual  heart.       During  this  week’s  meditations,  as  you  connect  with  Ruby  Red  light,  you  will   revitalize  your  emotional  and  physical  health.      Questions  to  consider  are:     Am  I  taking  care  of  my  physical  body?   Am  I  allowing  all  the  love  around  me  to  enter  my  being?   Am  I  leading  with  my  heart?   Am  I  allowing  love  to  flow  freely?     Step  One:  Initiate  your  experience  with  the  color  Ruby.

Last  week  our  attention  was  on  the  spinal  column  with  Purple.    This  week  we   replace  the  same  image  with  Ruby  Red    (see  visual  reference  below).    When  we   work  with  Ruby,  we  have  an  acute  awareness  of  our  emotional  body.    You  may   notice  a  heightened  sense  of  how  you  interact  with  yourself  and  others.     Step  Two:  Enter  Your  Soul  Center     Many  of  you  taking  this  class  are  drawn  to  personal  self  help  and  becoming  a  healer,   possibly  as  a  professional.    The  Ruby  Red  light  reminds  us  to  take  care  of  ourselves   emotionally  and  physically  before  we  can  help  others.    As  we  sit  and  contemplate  in   our  Soul  Center  this  week,  ask  your  Higher  Self  to  direct  all  of  the  love  that  we  have   been  storing  for  an  extra  boost.         You  have  all  heard  me  talk  about  mini  miracles.    These  are  positive  experiences  that   you  have,  no  matter  how  small.      An  example  of  a  mini  miracle  could  be  noticing  a   particularly  beautiful  flower  during  a  quiet  walk,  or  finding  ten  dollars  in  an  old  pair   of  pants.    It  is  important  to  consciously  enjoy  these  experiences,  because  they  are   symbols  of  love  from  the  Universe.    Acknowledging  the  mini  miracle  will  encourage   bigger  and  bigger  miracle  for  your  life.         Another  mini  miracle  to  acknowledge  is  that  of  our  bodies.    In  today’s  culture,  it  is   very  common  to  criticize  our  bodies  for  its  perceived  shortcomings.    Please  try  to   acknowledge  the  miracle  of  our  bodies  and  its  many  functions.    Using  Ruby  Red  will   help  you  accept  this  fact,  and  it  means  that  you  are  truly  taking  care  of  yourself.     This  week  I  invite  you  to  consider  the  fact  that  you  might  not  be  receiving  all  of  the   love  coming  your  way.    As  sensitive  and  intuitive  people,  we  often  protect  ourselves   from  negativity  in  the  outside  world.    However,  you  may  have  become  so  good  at  it   that  you  block  out  positivity  and  love  as  well.    Now  we  invite  love,  joy  and  wellness   to  be  a  part  of  our  day.    Ask  yourself  during  the  week;     Where  has  the  universe  been  delivering  extra  love  that  I  haven’t  noticed  in  the  past?

Journal     What  messages  came  through  about  your  emotional  state?                                         Are  you  honoring  the  temple  that  is  your  physical  body?

Step  Three:  Planetary  Service     Entering  The  Planetary  Grid

This  week  we  replace  the  image  of  the  planet  surrounded  by  a  Purple  grid  to  a  Ruby   Red  grid.    Our  intention  is  to  send  love  to  the  planet  that  allows  people  to  live  in  joy   and  wellness.         In  your  journal,  please  answer  the  following  question:  What  areas  of  the  world  were   you  drawn  to?    What  did  you  see?

Step  Four:  Grounding

When  grounding  with  Ruby,  we  are  anchoring  all  of  the  love  that  is  available  to  us   on  a  constant  basis.    This  is  a  reminder  that  we  have  a  choice.    If  you  are  sad,  angry,   or  feeling  a  sense  of  loss,  take  a  moment  to  validate  that  feeling.    Please  remember   that  you  have  a  bridge  of  light  offering  a  constant  stream  of  love.     On  the  following  page,  there  is  an  illustration  of  the  way  that  I  visualize  grounding.     You  will  be  pulling  the  column  of  Ruby  light  from  the  top  of  your  head,  back  down   through  your  body  and  into  the  ground  below  you.         Please  continue  to  keep  notes  in  your  journal  so  that  you  can  track  your  progress!
