Building Your Rainbow Bridge Week Four
Welcome to the week three of “Building Your Rainbow Bridge!” Here are the notes that relate to the topics covered in the fourth class recording. Week Four Goal: To use meditation as a tool, so that you can receive conscious communication from your Higher Self. This week, we build the fourth leg of our bridge with the color Emerald Green. Emerald is the color of communication and creativity. It helps us to access our voice, to express ourselves both creatively and within our relationships. Emerald tends to be an easier color for people to absorb, because it directly connects to the overall process of our ten week journey. This is a perfect week to learn how you can connect to your rainbow bridge during the day, without needing to meditate. A strong property of Emerald is the sense of creativity that it invokes. This week you will find your creative voice awakened and revitalized. Be open to expressing yourself or your creativity in any area of your life. Here are some areas you may choose to explore: Writing Singing
Painting Cooking Photography Dancing
This week, try to exercise your creativity in any activity that calls to you, and you will feel more satisfaction than usual. Step One: Initiate your experience with the color Emerald. Pay special attention to the location of Emerald in your throat center. This week we are blending your physical communication with your spiritual communication. Last week, your attention was on the spinal column with Blue. This week we replace the same image with Emerald Green (see visual reference below). Step Two: Enter Your Soul Center Our goal this week is to connect with our Higher Selves, and then maintain that connection during the day. We have all heard that God speaks in whispers. Personally, that is confusing for me. I prefer clear, easy to understand messages and guidance. With Emerald Green we help to maintain our connection on a regular basis. Doing so will help raise the volume on that whisper. Present this to your Higher Self: With the Emerald Green light, I would like to hear messages during my day. I am open to hearing guidance when you see fit.

Step Three: Planetary Service Entering The Planetary Grid
Once you feel that you have sufficiently established connection and communication with your Higher Self in the Soul Center, it is time to proceed onto Planetary Service. This week, we replace the image of the planet surrounded by a blue grid to an Emerald Green grid. Our intention is to send energy to the planet that pertains to clearer lines of communication. This is a great week to focus on nations that don’t have great relationships, or have opposing religious and political views. The joy and power of Emerald Green is in creating an understanding for both sides. Effective communication can truly heal relationships on any scale, and this is the specialty of Emerald. In your journal, please answer the following question: What areas of the world were you drawn to? What did you see?
Step Four: Grounding Grounding this week is especially important. Remember that our goal is to maintain the connection to your Soul Center/Higher Self during the day. We want to bring the properties of Emerald back down with us. As you ground the Emerald Green, you are creating an “anchor” of constant communication.
On the following page, there is an illustration of the way that I visualize grounding. You will be pulling the column of Emerald Green light from the top of your head, back down through your body and into the ground below you. Please continue to keep notes in your journal so that you can track your progress!
