I am a lifelong Episcopalian and have been active in the church. I sang in a boys and men's choir from age 6 to 18. I served as an acolyte and participated in the church's youth activities. After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering I took a job with the Bethlehem Steel Corp. where I was employed for over 36 years. In 1960 I married Margaret Ann Cox and we had three children. My job caused us to move a number of times during which I was active in the Episcopal Church in the communities where we were living. I served as Senior Warden in several of those places. Our last stop before Wyoming was the Bethlehem Pennsylvania area where I served as a General Convention Deputy for two terms, chair of the Commission on Ministry, and other Diocesan Committees. After coming to Wyoming permanently in 2002 we have been active in St. John's, Jackson where I have been Treasurer and a delegate to a number of Diocesan Conventions. I have served the Diocese of Wyoming as a two time General Convention Deputy, a member of the Foundation Board and the chair of the Grants Committee, and a one term member of Diocesan Council and chair of the Finance Committee. I am committed to the Episcopal Church and the continuation of its growth and vitality in Wyoming. I hope that you will elect me to another term on Diocesan Council.
