The Director of Marketing at Cambium Networks is responsible for projecting Cambium Networks on the global stage. As part of a company in its early stages of accelerated growth this position offers a unique opportunity to set the marketing bar in our industry. Identify, develop, execute and direct all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities; including email marketing, social media, public relations, website, and online relationships to achieve Cambium’s corporate objectives. Deliver consistent volume of net new marketing qualified customer leads aligned to vertical market expansion, targeted geographic expansion, and or new product introduction. Contribute to the development of product positioning, branding, and messaging that clearly communicates value to customer segments.

Leverage multi-media communication tools inclusive of Cambium Networks web site and community forum to effectively launch new products, convey our product and solution value propositions, and educate your partners and customers. • Establish and regularly report on metrics that measure the effectiveness (RoI) of our marketing programs. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred. 7+ years of successfully delivering results in B2B marketing roles; a portion of which in the technology space and preferably wireless communication and or networking; and experience and demonstrated results in at least one region outside of North America. Successful e-commerce experience, including online media, digital, and direct marketing, with a focus on performance-based measurement and analytics. Proven track record of developing and implementing lead generation strategies. Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally within Cambium with Product Management, Development Engineering, Channel Marketing and Operations, and Go-toMarket teams. Proficiency in CRM system and marketing automation tools and service providers; Cambium currently uses Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Google Analytics, Autopilot (Marketing Automation), Solid Interactive (website SLA), Brightcove (Video hosting platform), Cision (blog amplification), Hootsuite (social media tool), Rival IQ (competitive analysis: web, SEO & social), Constant Contact (channel communications and event management). Based in Rolling Meadows, IL; travel up to 20% of the time, including periodic international travel.
