If you are a new quilter, buying precut 10” squares is the way to go. (Packages of 10” squares are called Layer Cakes, Bali Crackers and more depending upon manufacturer. They usually include either 20 or 40 cuts) Notions: Disappearing Hourglass pattern Rotary cutter, ruler – 6”x 24” & mat (at least 15” square). If you have a larger cutting mat, please bring it!
