After the screws have been removed, there is nothing else securing the front cover to the rest of the phone. Simply remove the cover by pulling it up and off.

Disassembling Nokia E61i Speaker
Step 6 — Display
After casing and keyboard have been taken off, remove the screws holding the screen in place using a T-6 for the screws in the middle of the red circles and a T-5 for the screw in the middle of the red square.
Lift ribbon off of the contact with the logic board
*When reassembling, make sure to firmly press contacts into place to ensure a connection is made between ribbon and logic board
Once the screws are out, gently pull the screen off of the phone. *NOTICE* The sticker that attaches the display (in the middle of the blue square again) and the logic board is to be removed safely and be sure not to rip this apart.
Finally, pull the silver case off to completely free the cracked or damaged screen.
Remove the speaker by pulling it off of the display frame.
The speaker is connected to the display frame by a ring of adhesive foam (visible in second picture). By removing the speaker, this foam is torn. However, the speaker sticks quite well to the frame without reapplication of any adhesive.
