Discounted Military Entries Sell Out for 42nd Marine Corps Marathon Public Lottery to open March 22-29 for October Marathon QUANTICO, VA (March 17, 2017) –Discounted entries for Active Duty and Reservists have sold out for the 42nd Marine Corps Marathon (MCM) that will be held on Oct. 22 in Arlington, VA and the nation’s capital. Entries were available to military members beginning March 2 through a partnership with GEICO Military. Military members not able to obtain early entry to this year’s event can register through the MCM Lottery, open to the public on March 22 at www.marinemarathon.com. The MCM Lottery remains open for eight days through March 29. Once the Lottery closes, those selected will be notified by email about their registration status starting March 30. The 42nd MCM will be held Sunday, Oct. 22 with MCM Weekend occurring from Oct. 20-22. Visit www.marinemarathon.com for more information.
