We began last week with a review of the five senses and the students went on a listening walk through the school. They were amazed at how much they could hear when they were not talking! Ask your child about the different sounds they heard. Spelling/Phonics – This week our spelling words are all long o words. The long o sound is being made with the help of “magic e”. Please refer to the spelling packet for the list of words and be sure to study them each night. There will be a formal spelling test each Friday. Math – We will be wrapping up chapter 3 this week. The last few lessons deal with adding three numbers and problem solving. The most important thing for
