Isolation • Protocol and tools available • Work in groups • Carefully perform the steps 1. Prepare salt-soap-water mixture 2. Squash the fruit in the mixture 3. Filter the mixture (coffee filter) 4. Collect the filtered liquid 5. CAREFULLY add icecold alcohol to the collected liquid
6. Wait DNA will appear 7. Optional: carefully collect the DNA from the mixture 3
