Know who is available at all times
In today’s mobile world you are connected at all times. With Do Not Disturb (DND) you can easily step away from conversations and the office, but still monitor your messages. You can also see who is available and who is not, giving you the right person to contact at all times.

Even in DND mode, you still have access to read your messages as you see fit. Others in the conversation are not shown your active status to maintain your “offline” mode.

Monitor Who is Available The Lua directory will reflect anyone in DND mode across all of your networks, showing you everyone who is available at that moment.

Administrators have the ability to identify and force users in and out of DND mode from the Admin Console. This is great for shift management and complete transparency.

FAQs How do I turn on Do Not Disturb Mode?
If I am in DND do I still get messages?
Tap on your Settings, which is on the top left of your phone or top right on the desktop. From this menu, simply toggle the Do No Disturb switch on and set a reason, i.e. “Out of Office”.
Yes, you will still get messages and message badges inside of the Lua application. You will not get push notifications or sound alerts for new messages. The badge icon for Lua will still display the unread message count.
What if I read a message, will the person or group know I read it?
What if I forget to turn off my DND?
Yes the ReadReport will show the message as read, but your status will not be active.
You will always know you are in DND mode. In each conversation you will be displayed as DND. Also in the People tab you will be shown as DND. Administrators can also override DND and set all statuses back to available.
Can I message someone who is in DND? Yes, you can still message users in DND, but the expectation is that they are not available to respond.
