Our team in Denver, CO is hiring an Asset and Insurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing management and support to JM's global insurance programs, and support to the corporate security function and the management of legacy properties. Provide primary operating leadership for the Specialty Insurance programs, including Fiduciary Liability, Aircraft Products Liability, Contractor Pollution Liability, Crime and Special Crime programs including setting strategy for obtaining optimized risk retention, coverage terms and periodic marketing of the program in world-wide insurance markets Manage risk and insurance for JM's fleet program by coordinating communication among third party administrators, vehicle drivers and business leaders Manage JM's surety and bond process Administer Johns Manville's security program Manage the insurance program audits including completing insurer's process, analyzing data and tracking corrective actions Partner with JM's insurance broker to maintain and update insurance program support materials including a current schedule of insurance for all JM policies, both for the corporate and locally placed programs Responsible for the consistent risk and insurance reporting process across RMLC, Functional Groups and Divisions May be required to perform other related duties as assigned Assist in analyzing engineering findings and recommend implementation priorities to reduce the risk of loss Manage the information collection and preparation of submission documentation for insurance policy renewals, including the primary casualty program (general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation and international liability) global property program, aircraft products liability, fiduciary insurance, special crime coverage, environmental liability and builder's risk insurance Determine and process the proper expense allocation of insurance premiums amongst the businesses Maintain and update as necessary a current list of insurance certificates as requested by states, vendors, customers and suppliers Update and maintain the Insurance Playbook Support corporate security and maintain strict confidentiality of all information Coordinate and analyze monthly budget forecasting for RMLC

Minimum Requirements        

Bachelor's degree or 8 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree plus the requirements below. 2- 4 years of experience in insurance, finance, audit, IT or a similar field Planning and organizational skills, including filing, both electronic and hard copies Problem solving and analytical skills (statistical, financial and accounting) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Attention to detail Ability to travel up to 5%

Preferred Qualifications   

Commercial insurance background (Insurance broker) Experience in Insurance and/or Health, Safety and Environment Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
