call to order Ruth Bogy, Board President called the meeting to order @ 5:42 p.m.
roll call Ruth Bogy, President Billie Sanders Lankford, Vice President Gene Stewart, Secretary Charles Girley, Disbursing Officer Cleollia Robinson, Member Irene Murphy, Member Dorothy Singleton, Member *All members were present including Mrs. Patsy A. Hughey, Superintendent.
agenda Mrs. Ruth Bogy recommended the following changes to the agenda. Move (III) Action Items to (IV) Personnel Hearing, which has been postponed to a future date and time. Remove (IV) Personnel Hearing Move (V) Student Hearing above (III) Action Items. Gene Stewart asks why the Personnel Hearing was removed from agenda. Mrs. Ruth Bogy stated there was a misunderstanding. Dorothy Singleton made a motion to accept the agenda. Charles Girley second. Motion carried. 7-0

Student Hearing Mrs. Ruth Bogy cleared the board room at 5:45 p.m. for a closed student hearing. Mrs. Ruth Bogy cleared called to order the meeting at 6:02 p.m.

Action Items Mr. Ray Beardsley presents figures to the board about millage. Irene Murphy made a motion to adjourn to Executive Session at 6:51 p.m. Charles Girley second. Motion carried. 7-0
VI.
Executive Session Mrs. Ruth Bogy called to order the meeting @ 8:15 p.m. Mrs. Patsy Hughey recommended Mr. Jeffrey Spaletta for 2015-2016 High School Principal. Gene Stewart requested salary be $71,000 per contracted year. Gene Stewart made a motion to accept the Superintendent’s recommendation. Mrs. Cleollia Robinson second. Motion carried. 7-0 Dorothy Singleton made a hiring Mrs. Patsy A. Hughey for DSD Superintendent with a two year contract and $125,000 yearly salary. Gene Stewart seconded. Motion carried 7-0.

Adjournment Gene Stewart made a motion to adjourn at 8:35 p.m. Mr. Girley seconded. Motion carried. 7-0
