COOP PREP PROGRAM
9th GRADE PREP PROGRAM
Open to ALL rising 8th Grade Students
Open only to Don Bosco Prep Incoming Freshmen
The COOP Prep Program focuses on preparing rising 8th graders to take the COOP Exam, which is the standardized test given by the Archdiocese of Newark and Paterson. This exam is part of the admission process into Catholic High Schools.
The 9th Grade Prep Program focuses on preparing incoming high school freshmen to Don Bosco Prep. The program assures a smooth transition from 8th grade to high school. All courses are taught by Don Bosco Prep faculty members.
The COOP Prep Program Focuses on: • COOP Prep Mathematics • COOP Prep English • Test Preparation • Time Management • Organizational Skills
The 9th Grade Prep Program focuses on: • Introduction to High School Math • Introduction to High School English • Introduction to High School Science • Study Skills • Effective Note Taking • Organizational Skills
