Don Vogt Program Manager, Oklahoma Prescription Monitoring Program, Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control Don Vogt is the Program Manager for Oklahoma’s Prescription Monitoring Program within the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control. Don is a member of the American Society for Automation in Pharmacy’s (ASAP) standards committee and serves as Chairperson for the RxCheck Governing Body, a PMIX compliant interstate data sharing hub. He successfully led the effort in finalizing the PMIX open standards for PMP data sharing and continues to serve on the PMIX steering committee. Don has served on the Alliance of States with Prescription Monitoring Programs board and several national committees. Holding a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, Don was awarded the 2012 Innovation Award in technology by the IJIS institute. An avid supporter of PMP systems, Don continues to work tirelessly to help advance the use of prescription monitoring programs and their capabilities.
