FIELD FOR OUR FUTURE Lake Park High School
All over America, on Friday nights in the fall, there is one event that still brings a community together: High School Football. Pro and college football have gotten caught up in salaries, strikes, and scandals. On a Friday night under the lights, you can still see a bunch of local kids get together and battle for pride, honor, and each other. It is a rare thing to see people do things out of pure love anymore. On any one of these Friday Nights you would not only see our varsity football team, but you would get to see the Cheer Squad and our Lancettes, both of which have been state Champions in recent years. At halftime and throughout the game you would have the pleasure of listening to our state and nationally ranked Marching Band. Friday Nights in Roselle are special and they are about to get even better. As a family or as a business, you can be identified as a contributor to building a state of the art facility here at Lake Park High School. The New Turf Field is coming and we want all those fans who attend on Friday Nights to see that you supported it. It can be as simple as a $100, $250, or $500 brick along the path entering the stands, or you can be identified on the Donation Wall near the concession area in exchange for gifts of $1000 or more. Lake Park has never had a project that will truly show support for so many sports programs and activities as this one. This will go beyond Friday Nights and help soccer, track, youth programs, and daily PE Classes, as well as tryouts for baseball and softball. Be counted as someone that wants to make Lake Park High School special and donate today.
What do I get for donating $100, $250, or $500? The size of the brick is based on the size of the donation. Larger bricks have more space for messages. Each brick also comes a free icon of your choice along with your message. Bricks will start around the donation wall as you enter the concession area. The bricks will then extend along the path and back towards the ticket booth.
What do I get for donating $1000, $5000, $10000, or more? The DonationWall will be something special for our program. It will represent all the families and businesses that went out of their way to show a special level of commitment to Lake Park High School. We would love to have the long time families that have been part of Lake Park’s history represented on the wall for new generations to see. It is also an important message to the community to see local, state, and national businesses contributing to our program, showing commitment to our current and future students. $1000-$4000 donations will be located along the bottom of the wall, $5000-$9000 along the middle, and $10,000 and above along the top. Each wall brick will have a message and logo of your choice. Businesses will be represented by their company logo. We would also like to extend a thank you to any business by giving a plaque to be displayed in the lobby of your office. Families or businesses that are interested in naming rights can contact us directly. The amounts necessary are TBD and can be for anything from the Donation Wall, the Field, or the entire Stadium.
