Double K Unit Eagle Ford Package The assets within this package reside within the Eagle Ford Shale in McMullen County, Texas. The Eagle Ford Shale needs little introduction as one of the most active plays in the country, with its record-setting levels of daily production reshaping South Texas as the core of the oil industry. It is the largest oil and gas development in the world with regards to invested capital. The formation supports 116,000 local jobs and contributes $60 billion to the local economy. In McMullen County, the Eagle Ford’s depth is found between 8,000 feet deep in the northern part of the county, to 14,000 feet deep in the shale gas portion of the play in the southern part of the county. Over the past 6 months, there have been 74 new permits to drill in McMullen County by all operators. All but two of these permits are located in the northern third of the county, near where these assets are located. Eight of these permits were filed by the operator of these assets, Murphy Oil Corporation, most of which are located within 2 miles of the subject acreage in this package. Package Details:

All ad valorem taxes attributable to the interests herein conveyed for after the effective date are the responsibility of Grantee(s), its/their successors or assigns. Double K Unit Eagle Ford Package The assets within this package reside within the Eagle Ford Shale in McMullen County, Texas. The Eagle Ford Shale needs little introduction as one of the most active plays in the country, with its record-setting levels of daily production reshaping South Texas as the core of the oil industry. It is the largest oil and gas development in the world with regards to invested capital. The formation supports 116,000 local jobs and contributes $60 billion to the local economy. In McMullen County, the Eagle Ford’s depth is found between 8,000 feet deep in the northern part of the county, to 14,000 feet deep in the shale gas portion of the play in the southern part of the county. Over the past 6 months, there have been 74 new permits to drill in McMullen County by all operators. All but two of these permits are located in the northern third of the county, near where these assets are located.
