Thank you for purchasing your new TIKE TECH sport series stroller & please read the entire owners manual … WARNINGS !! FAILURE TO READ THE MANUAL AND WARNINGS BEFORE INITIAL USE COULD AFFECT YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY AND LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY.



READ SET UP INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS BEFORE ASSEMBLING YOUR TIKE TECH.



AFTER BOX IS OPENED IMMEDIATELY DESTROY ANY PLASTIC WRAPPING.



NEVER LEAVE A CHILD UNATTENDED.



ALWAYS STRAP YOUR CHILD IN AND FULLY ADJUST AND TIGHTEN ALL STRAPS AND SEAT BELTS SO AS THE CHILD IS SECURE IN HIS/HER POSITION.



CHILD SHOULD ALWAYS USE AN APPROVED CYCLE HELMET.



CHECK TIRE SIDE WALL FOR PROPER INFLATION & CHECK TIRES REGULARLY.



PARCELS PLACED IN THE STROLLER DESIGNATED STORAGE AREAS SHOULD NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT NOTED ON THE BASKET AS INCREASED WEIGHT COULD CAUSE THE JOGGER/STROLLER TO BE UNSTABLE AND HAZARDOUS WHEN USING.



ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR STROLLER IS LOCKED IN THE OPEN POSITION BEFORE USING.



CHILDREN SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO ASSEMBLE, FOLD OR UNFOLD THE JOGGER/STROLLER.



ALWAYS USE THE REAR BRAKES WHEN JOGGER/STROLLER IS PARKED.



ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE CHILD IS PROPERLY FASTENED AND SECURED IN THE SEAT AS A CHILD MAY SLIP AND BE INJURED IF NOT PROPERLY STRAPPED IN. CHECK THE CHILD'S POSITIONING ON A FREQUENT BASIS.



CHILD MAY SLIP INTO THE LEG OPENINGS AND STRANGLE IF THE T-SHEILD (5-POINT HARNESS) AND STRAPS ARE NOT PROPERLY ADJUSTED & FASTENED EVERY TIME THE CHILD IS PLACED IN THE JOGGER/STROLLER.



ALWAYS ADJUST, FASTEN AND CHECK ALL STRAPS, WHEN CHILD IS IN JOGGER/STROLLER BEFORE USING. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.



ALWAYS USE SAFETY WRIST STRAP.



NEVER USE YOUR TIKE TECH WITH ROLLER OR IN-LINE SKATES.



NEVER USE YOUR TIKE TECH IF IT BECOMES DAMAGED. TAKE IT TO A OUTDOORS/CYCLE SHOP FOR SERVICE.



ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS WHEN USING YOUR TIKE TECH.



MAXIMUM CARRY CAPACITY IS 50 LBS. SINGLE / 90-100 LBS DOUBLE.

>> UNFOLD THE TIKE TECH STROLLER FRAME. Simply push open the stroller frame by gently pushing apart the stroller. (see diagram)

>> ATTACH THE CANOPY TO THE STROLLER FRAME Take the base of the canopy (left & right side) and slide the male base (left & right side) of the canopy into the female base ( left & right side) attached on the stroller frame. (See diagram) Then take the back of the canopy & fold over the handle area Cross-bar. Secure together via the Velcro style strips. (see diagram) To attach the Sun visor simply zip it on & off with care. (See attached diagram)

>> ATTACH FRONT WHEEL Take the front tire with the finger nut and clamp/cam through it and attach to the front fork (see diagram). Tighten clamp by holding one side and turning the other (clamp and finger nut), then push the clamp towards the tire to tighten. After the front wheel has been assembled, in a gentle manner pull the wheel from frame to ensure it is securely fastened. If the wheel moves, loosen clamps and tighten again using the clamp and finger nut. When complete spin the tire to ensure it rotates properly & that it is aligned straight before using. Failure to align the front tire properly could lead to the stroller veering/pulling to one side. To correct simply loosen realign & tighten. Spin the tire to ensure it rotates properly.

>> BACK WHEEL ASSEMBLY Unlock or lift-up the back brake. Place the back wheel/hub on the rear axle by simply pushing in the wheel while pushing in the push button (see diagram) or just push the wheel in all the way so that the wheel cannot be pushed further (see attached diagram). After both wheels are assembled/attached pull on the wheels to ensure they can not be removed. To remove the wheels, simply push on the push buttons located on the rear axle and remove the wheel (see diagram).

>> FRONT BRAKE ADJUSTMENT After you have completed the above, check to make sure your front brake is working properly. It may need some fine-tuning. You can loosen and tighten the cable to suit your desired need by adjusting the nut. push down squeeze Note: after installing the front wheel push the lock lever down. When removing the front wheel push the lever up.

To start, lock the back brake (see page 5). Simply place the foot - plate over the front tire so that the four holes match. (see diagram) Add the fabric cover over the foot- plate then place all four screws through the matching holes. (see diagram) Add the lock nuts to the end of the screws behind the foot- plate. Place the spin tool end into the screw head. Use the wrench to prevent the nut from spinning & tighten screws so that the foot - plate is now securely fastened.

>> PROPER USE OF BRAKES, SHOULDER STRAPS AND SEAT BELTS

WARNING!! AVOID SERIOUS INJURY. ALWAYS, ALWAYS USE AND SECURE SEAT BELTS, SHOULDER STRAPS & BRAKES. WARNING!! NEVER LEAVE PASSENGER/PASSENGERS UNATTENDED ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SEATS ARE IN THE RECLINE POSITION AS PASSENGERS CAN ROCK AND OR TIP THE STROLLER CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY. •

When placing your child in the seat, always lock the back brake first. Make sure to always use the seat belts & shoulder straps. Make sure the middle shield or T area is between the child’s legs & the shoulder straps are placed over the shoulders.



Always adjust shoulder straps & waist seat belts to a secure/ snug position for your child. Always check your child’s position & safety straps for ensured safety.



To recline the seat to suit your child’s size & comfort, adjust the seat straps behind the seat to the desired position.

VERY IMPORTANT: Recline/adjust the seat by having your passenger lean forward slightly such that they are not resting on the back of the seat (make sure they are properly strapped in & secure). Then open the male / female clip, adjust the strap to the desired position & Re-clip. •

Always engage your rear parking brake when stroller is parked or not in use by lightly stepping on the rear brake in the middle until the brake fits into the brake slots on both back wheels. (see diagram) SINGLE



DOUBLE

Use your front brake to assist the slow down of your stroller. This front brake operates like a bike brake. To engage squeeze the handle. Note, please have a professional Outdoors/Cycle shop periodically check your front brake & all other operating parts to ensure a safe ride.

USER INSTRUCTIONS

Warning: Before folding always remove your passenger/child. >> TO FOLD YOUR TIKE TECH SINGLE/DOUBLE STROLLER • • • • •

Put seat/seats in the open/recline position. Stand behind the stroller (make sure the back parking brake is engaged or locked) & place your index finger through the holes on the left & right side pull latches. (see diagram A) Then, pull the latches up or back towards the handle bar. This will release the internal locking mechanism and allow for easy folding of your tike tech. After the internal locking mechanism is released, you will be able to simply fold your stroller together. (see diagram C) Note: For a flat fold, remove all the wheels. (see diagram D) A

simply push apart until the internal locking mechanism locks/snaps in place preventing the stroller from folding. Note: Make sure the stroller cannot fold or that the internal locking mechanism (left & right side) lock has snapped in place before using. You can check by simply pushing down on the handle bar to see if the stroller folds. It should not fold unless you pull back on the pull latches.

>> ADDING SAFETY BAR Take the safety bar and slide into the holding latch (see diagram). When sliding the role bar in the latch, press on the circled buttons. When removing the role bar, press on the circled buttons. (see diagram) Note: the safety bar is only for added safety & convenience. Always strap your child in with all seat belts & straps securely tightened.

To adjust simply push on both Circular Lock buttons & adjust to your desired position. (see diagram)

SAFETY TIPS •

ALWAYS USE THE HAND STRAP WHEN OPERATING THE STROLLER.



ALWAYS FASTEN SHOULDER STRAPS AND HARNESS TO THE PASSENGER WHEN IN USE.



ALWAYS USE REAR SAFETY PARKING BRAKE WHEN NOT MOVING OR WHEN YOUR TIKE TECH IS PARKED.



ALWAYS CHECK THE CHILDS POSITION AND STRAPS TO INSURE PROPER FITTING.



ALWAYS CHECK STRAPS AND CHILDS POSITION EACH TIME CHILD IS PLACED IN THE STROLLER. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD CAUSE THE CHILD TO SLIP INTO LEG OPENINGS CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.



ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR CHILD’S POSITION AND COMFORT AND BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS.



WHEN PLACING YOUR TIKE TECH IN YOUR SUV/TRUCK/CAR, PLEASE TIE IT DOWN.



ALWAYS STORE YOUR STROLLER IN A DRY PLACE

Before every walk check that your tires are properly inflated (for proper amount, check tire side-wall), and that all wheels are rotating & properly installed. Check all working parts such as front & back brakes, safety latches, safety straps, canopy movement and that the seat is properly & securely inserted. Please do a check every time you & your tikes go for a stroll!

REMEMBER A SAFE RIDE IS THE BEST RIDE ! Good living tip: Work hard, play much harder. Take vacations & spend lots of safe,adventurous time with your tikes!

TIKE TECH CARE & MAINTENANCE Your TIKE TECH is designed to run smoothly. Like a bike, it will require fine-tuning and servicing. You should have your TIKE TECH serviced periodically by a professional Outdoors/ Cycle Shop to ensure you and your tike’s safety.

Cleaning your frame Place a little warm water with a very mild soap on a soft cloth and wipe your frame. Allow to air dry and that is it. (Never use polish, abrasives or other cleaning materials). We suggest to periodically clean your frame (all parts) wipe dry & then let air dry, especially if you are exposed to salt water, salt spray, beach sand etc.

Cleaning your seat You can clean your seat, canopy and storage basket by hand washing with warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. (Note: You do not have to remove your seat to clean it). If you want to remove your seat to clean, simply detach from the buttons let air dry and snap back on your TIKE TECH. When placing the seat back on the frame, be sure to check it has been installed properly and that all the buttons are securely snapped in.

Stroller Storage Store inside a dry place & always make sure your Tike Tech is dry before storing.
