Discounted pre-registration is available on line at usacycling.org Callups will be for pre-registered riders and will be based on CrossResults ranking. The promoter and / or officials reserve the right to lengthen, shorten, modify, combine, or cancel races and or prize list due to insufficient entries, inclement weather, dangerous conditions, statutes and laws, emergencies, and or race conditions.
