Bikers should be advised that green circle, blue square and black diamond trail designations at Seven Springs are not necessarily the same as a similarly rated trail at other parks. The system is a relative system and is only valid in this area. Bikers should work their way up, beginning with the easiest trails no matter what their ability level may be, until they are familiar with the trails at Seven Springs.
ABOUT YOUR CARD The Seven Springs Bike Park Super Seven and Triple Play Cards are redeemable at the Adventure Center. • Super Seven Cards are valid for seven individual, all-day bike park tickets • Triple Play Cards are valid for three individual, all-day bike park tickets. • Only one ticket per day may be redeemed at any time and cannot be combined with any additional discount, package, coupon offer or contracted rate. • The Bike Park Super Seven and Triple Play Cards are valid any operating day during the 2017 season. Please refer to 7springs.com for daily hours and schedule.
Freeride and downhill areas may contain jumps, hits, ramps, banks, drops, skinnys, rollers, tables and other constructed or natural terrain features. Prior to using freeride or downhill terrain, you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with freeride or downhill terrain and for obeying all instructions, warnings and signs. Freeride and downhill skills require maintaining control on the ground and in the air. Use of freeride and downhill terrain exposes you to the risk of serious injury or death. You assume the risk. Be advised that all poles, flags, fencing, signage and padding on equipment, objects or other forms of marking devices are used by Seven Springs to inform you of the presence or location of a potential obstacle or hazard. These markers are no guarantee of your safety and will not protect you from injury. It is part of your responsibility under Rules of the Trail to avoid all obstacles or hazards, including those that are so marked. • No one, under any exception, under the age of 8 is permitted to ride the course. • Guests ages 8-11 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times while utilizing the Downhill Bike Park. • Guest ages 12 and older are not required to have an adult or legal guardian accompany them while in the Downhill Bike Park. • Any person under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a Downhill Mountain Biking release and liability form.

Seven Springs Mountain Resort Inc., d/b/a Seven Springs Mountain Resort, it’s owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, parents and affiliates (hereinafter, “Seven Springs”) provides its guests the opportunity to participate in downhill mountain biking. I understand that there is a risk of serious injury or death if I participate in this activity. The risks are too numerous to completely list, but some of them are: (1) falls and collisions caused by natural and man made obstacles and hazards (for example, variations in terrain, mud, dirt, gravel, rocks, trees, stumps, and other forms of forest growth or debris, jumps, ladders, drops, moguls, bike park features, stairs, tight switchbacks, raised platforms, wheel lifts, fences, posts, poles, barriers, and bridges); (2) collisions with persons, vehicles, and bicycles (3) bicycle loss of control (4) heat exhaustion or heat stroke; (5) negligence on the part of Seven Springs (for example, failure to adequately construct or maintain trails or bike park features; failure to warn of hazards and obstacles; and, failure to maintain bikes and other equipment); and, (6) cardiac problems, stroke, loss of consciousness, and other conditions that may be worsened by physical activity. You may, but are not required to, list any conditions that are a concern here: In consideration for being allowed to participate in downhill mountain biking, I agree to the following: (1) to accept all risks arising out of or relating to downhill mountain biking, including, but not limited to, the risks listed above. I understand that this means I am accepting the risk of injury or death due to Seven Springs’ negligence (for example, failure to adequately construct or maintain trails or bike park features; failure to warn of hazards or obstacles; and, failure to maintain bikes and other equipment). (2) to follow all rules, instructions and directions of Seven Springs, including, but not limited to, the “Rules of the Trail.” and “Ride Smart.” Also, I agree to wear all required protective equipment (including helmets and body armor). (3) to waive my right to bring any claims against Seven Springs that arise out of or relate to my participation in downhill mountain biking, and to release Seven Springs from liability for any such claims. This waiver and release includes claims based upon allegations of negligence on the part of Seven Springs (for example, failure to adequately construct or maintain trails or bike park features; failure to warn of hazards and obstacles; and, failure to maintain bikes and other equipment). I further agree that I will indemnify, hold harmless, and reimburse Seven Springs for all losses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) from any claims brought by any persons or entities arising out of or relating to my participation in downhill mountain biking.
