SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In the opinion of the Management, there have been no significant subsequent events since the year end except for the event mentioned below. On 7 Rabi Al-Awal 1435 A.H. (8 January 2014), the Company has received regulatory approvals with respect to the acquisition of shares in IPNC held by Mead Johnson (Refer Note 1) as a result of which IPNC has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group subsequent to the approval date. Consequently, the Company will consolidate IPNC in the next financial year. 31.

APPROVAL OF CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS The consolidated financial statements were approved by the Board of Directors on 17 Rabi Al-Awal 1435 A.H. (19 January 2014).
