DRAWSTRING BACKPACKS Sublimation and Assembly Instructions
Heat press the transfer at 400o for 45 seconds. If you’re not doing a full bleed image, we recommend the Vapor Foam to eliminate press lines, otherwise press the entire bag with medium pressure. To assemble the drawstrings, start by inserting one of the strings into the loop end of the tool. Pull it through about 1/3 of the way.
Feed the tool, with the string still attached, back through the hole on the opposite side of the bag. Start with the point end of the tool.
Insert the string into one of the holes in the backpack, starting with the loop end of the tool.
Pull each string end until they are even.
Push the tool completely through the bag until the short end of the string comes through on the opposite end. Be careful not to pull the string too far into the bag on the short end.
Tie them to the bottom loop of the bag. Repeat this procedure on the opposite side of the bag.
Turn the bag over.
Test bag by pulling strings to gather.
