Devices may be dropped off at any school in the district, at the administration building, or at the Hayman Center.
Help a student Donations will help ensure that our students are given access to technology that supports classroom activities and digital learning.
DISD’s Instructional Technology Specialists (ITS) would like to take used smartphones, wipe them clean with a factory reset, connect them to our wireless network, load the phones with educational apps, and make them available for use with students and teachers. We will accept any iOS or Android device (smartphone, tablet, iPad, etc.). To donate your device, place it in the designated container at any of the above listed locations. You may also send it to school with a student.
Feel free to share this request on social media or ask your friends and family if they also have old phones they would like to donate.
