Druid Hill Park Pavilion Location: Druid Hill Park, Baltimore, Maryland, United States Project Category: Undergraduate Submission- Studio Project Project Synopsis: The Druid Hill Park Pavilion design demonstrates the struggle between man and nature, a concept that is noticeable throughout the old park, located in Baltimore, Maryland. This idea is derived from the photographs taken from the site which were then analyzed and converted to three dimensional models. The form, when viewed from above, displays a series of random movements, representing the idea of nature. However, when observed from an elevation, the straight rigid lines show the notion of human influence.
