1st GRADE thru 5TH GRADE

LADY IRISH SOFTBALL BOOSTERS (LISB)
Come learn the fundamentals of: *THROWING *CATCHING *FIELDING *HITTING *BASE RUNNING as taught by the 2018 DUBLIN SCIOTO LADY IRISH SOFTBALL TEAM and COACHES and receive an official camp T-SHIRT and CERTIFICATE of completion. SNACKS, DRINKS and GIFT BAG will also be provided!! Camp is open to all girls GRADES 1 through 5. No experience required. Camp instructors will be able to accommodate campers of all skill levels! Campers are asked to wear a T-shirt, shorts or flexible pants and tennis shoes. Campers are encouraged to bring their own bat, glove and water bottle. Extra bats and gloves will be available if needed. Please detach and complete the registration form below and mail it along with a check for $35.00 (made payable to LISB) to: LISB Softball Camp 7452 Bloomfield Place Dublin, Ohio 43016 Registration deadline to guarantee receipt of a camp T-shirt is Monday, February 26th. Registrations will be accepted after February 26th, however T-shirts may or may not be available. Camp will be limited to the first 50 registrations received. *Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early for registration and enter at the Dublin Scioto High School Athletic Entrance (east side door). Camp will be held indoors in the Auxiliary Gym.

Please note any Medical conditions camp instructors may need to be aware of: WAIVER: I hereby authorize the staff of the LISB Softball Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention, and hereby release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless LISB and its representatives from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at this Camp. I understand and assume the hazards and risks associated with this activity and waive all claims against LISB and the Softball Camp staff.
