Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Dublin Township will hold a meeting as required by the Township's Zoning Ordinance at the Township Administration Building, 801 Loch Alsh Avenue, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania on Monday February 26, 2018 at 7:30 PM. During this meeting an application concerning 285 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington PA 19034 will be heard.

LP of 285 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034 requests the following relief: an appeal of the Zoning Officer's notice of violation dated December 14, 2017; a request for modification of conditions set forth in the May 22, 2000 decision of the Upper Dublin Township Zoning Hearing Board, applications #1591 and #1592; and a variance from Zoning Code Section 255-65, Use Regulations to permit 4 hotel units to be utilized as living quarters for hotel personnel in the M Motel — Motor Inn — Motor Lodge district.
