Duck Duck Google Quacktastic Art!
Duck Duck Google Quacktastic Art! Integrate art by including the Art Specialist or have students create their own, take pictures and include in the final slide show or Google Site. Using Google Drawing have students include a rubber duck in a project. Students can create a rubber duck meme, poster, trading card and much more, all free! Don't forget to include it into the final Google slide show or Site. Students may also use 'Big Huge Labs' - a great site to create posters, trading cards and more - FREE! Posters can be created either with a rubber duck in the picture or a real duck. Meme must include a rubber duck.

In addition to their memes and motivational posters, students were taught how to ‘photoshop’ their ducks into various images. Using this knowledge, they were asked to ‘photoshop’ their duck on a Wheaties Cereal Box. Using Google Drawing,
click on Tools Research Images type in Wheaties Box (if you are creating a meme, type in whatever subject/person you will be using) No alcohol or smoking in the MEME! Drag picture to drawing space Research Rubber duck png (png files often give you a transparent background) replace sports object with rubber duck picture - if there is no ball or object, then strategically place the duck in the picture Download as jpg and save for your final project *If you cannot find a duck with a transparent background you can use LunaPic (free)
