Abstract Have you lost motivation? Is someone you know in a “slump?” During this presentation, you will learn how to provide better care for yourself and others! We will also emphasize rejuvenation strategies and how you can develop your purpose through involvements onand off-campus. Promoting a positive self-image is key!

Presentation Objectives: By the end of this session, you should be able to: ● Identify signs of stress and burn out ● Understand stress management/self-care strategies ● Realize the importance of well-rounded balance in your life ● Apply success strategies to your future ● Understand the intertwining of balance and leadership And most importantly… you will have fun!

Stress in Your Life Stress can be ugly and have grave consequences… BUT if you manage it right, you can drastically reduce if not eliminate it from interrupting your life.
