Purpose of Meeting • Review the efforts and accomplishments of the DNB Transition • Review the processes, resources and activities provided by AgGateway supporting the transition • Evaluate the successes and identify improvements that can be made for any similar future activities

• Identify any remaining areas that need to be addressed and that can be facilitated by AgGateway

Recommendations D&B Taskforce began work in late 2011 • Phase 1: Stop requesting verification from D&B for EBID numbers and asking for numbers for new entities • Phase 2 – Start issuing GLN’s for new entities that have EBID’s requested and place the GLN number into both the GLN and the EBID field. • Phase 1 & 2 Completed September 15, 2012

• Phase 3- Replace the current EBID’s with GLN’s in a systematic

conversion process • Phase 3 Completed the weekend of February 13 -15, 2015

Implementation Feedback • The first week we had 5 companies contact us regarding

picking up files off the ftp site. • We have had 2 companies that ongoing issues uploading files to the ftp site because they were using the old identifier. • Aware that there were a few message specific challenges, but this was being addressed trading partner to trading partner.
