Trouble shooting Duplo Seiko Corporation 1. Feed error Is the level sensor too low? àLower the knob as shown in the figure and feed again. NG
Is the separator too high? àTurn the knob clockwise as shown in the figure and feed again. NG
Is the air blowing properly? Turn the knob anti-clockwise as shown in the figure and feed again.
2 Double-Feed Is the level sensor too high? à Raise the knob as shown in the figure and feed again. NG
Is the separator too low? à Turn the knob anti clockwise as shown in the figure and feed again. NG
Is the air too strong? à Turn the knob clockwise as shown in the picture and feed again.
3. Connector error Is AF-100 connected with DC-545 properly? àCheck the connection between AF-100 and DC-545. ( refer to the picture below.)
OK
NG Connect AF-100 and DC-545 properly.
Is the wiring of AF-100 normal? à Remove the cover and confirm.
4. Elevator error
Are the top limit SW/bottom limit SW/level sensor working properly? à
1. Access HELP-08. 2. Check Lower Limit Switch(LA028)/Upper Limit Switch(LA028)/Paper Level
Sensor(CA021). OK
NG
Replace defective parts and check in HELP-08 again. If the result is OK, access HELP-29 and check the movement of elevator. Is the elevator working properly? à Remove the cover and check the whole elevator section. NG
OK
Replace/fix defective parts and check in HELP08 again. If the result is OK, access H-29 and check the movement of elevator.
Is elevator motor working properly? à 1. Access HELP-29. 2. Press keys to check the movement of elevator Motor (N4-X1060).
OK
NG
Replace the motor and check its movement in HELP-29 again.
Change the Feed PCB UNIT(N4−V3030).
5. Over Capacity
Is the level sensor working properly? à In case ‘Over Capacity’ is indicated when the actuator is not in contact with paper, lower the knob and feed again. NG
Is the level sensor connected properly? à Check the connection between the sensor and the wiring.
6. Feed JAM 1. Press [-] key and return the jammed document to the feed tray side
2. Press [STOP] key.
If the document cannot be removed with the above procedure, 1. Open the front cover 2. Remove the jammed document 3. Close the front cover. 4. Press the [STOP] key.
7. Skew 1. Remove the paper on the feed tray. 2. Adjust with Skew Adjustment Knob.
