The Duplo DC-615 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser delivers extraordinary and innovative features combined into one device specifically for the users of digital color presses. No longer will digital color documents have unfinished, unattractive white borders and print cracking when using the DC-615. The DC-615 can automatically slit, cut, and crease a document in one pass, making it the ideal finishing solution for the short-run, ondemand market. Users can quickly and easily produce professionally finished, full-bleed documents by simply loading the high capacity automatic feeder. A powerful finishing system, the DC-615 makes it simple and economical to produce a variety of common applications including: business cards, greeting cards, invitations, brochures, catalogs, posters, book covers, photographs, and much more. Never offered before, the DC-615 can be customized to each user’s special needs by adding innovative, optional features such as ultra sonic double detection, a Job Creator software, optional barcode reader, and card stacker. The optional barcode reader not only enables this unique system to recall pre-programmed jobs, but can also read an image registration mark ensuring precise output each time. This optional feature compensates for image shifts which may occur during inaccurate printing processes. The easy-to-use DC-615 features an LCD control panel that guides the user through the setup of the slit, cut, and crease positions. With 80 memory settings, commonly used jobs can be conveniently stored. In addition, the automatic vacuum feeding system accurately feeds documents making the DC-615 a highly productive slitting, cutting, and creasing finishing solution.
