Dynamic Warm-up Drills Research shows that dynamic exercises loosen muscles and tendons to increase an athlete’s range of motion and warm up the body. Following are several dynamic drills to properly warm up the body temperature before stretching or softball drills. Line up the players on the first base line and perform these drills across the infield.
