Dynamo FC, Indiana’s Premier Soccer Club 2016-2017 Travel Soccer Information: U8, U9 & U10

Identification Dates: June 7th & 8th 2016 – Girls & Boys 1. THE ACADEMY IDENTIFICATION PROCESS Dynamo Academy Identification process will be conducted at Dynamo Park, 401 East 91st Street, Indianapolis, 46220. All players will have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities in Individual, Small Group & Large Group activities. Players may be offered a roster spot on a Dynamo Team at any time during the process or up to 48 hours following its completion. Dynamo prides itself in providing licensed professional coaches and a learning environment focused on whole player development. Dynamo FC’s core values foster commitment, fair play, excellence and community. 1.1 Age Groups are defined as follows: o U8 and Younger: Children born in 2009 or 2010 o U9 and Younger: Children born in 2008 o U10 and Younger: Children born in 2007 1.2 Acceptance: After you accept a spot on a team, you need to register on the Dynamo website if you have not already done so. You will be sent an ‘Acceptance’ email, which you need to ‘Accept’. This is the final step in accepting/securing your child’s spot on the team. If you know that your child has been offered a spot on a specific team but you have not received the Acceptance email: o Check your spam/junk mail folder for the email o Check your account to make sure you signed up Tryouts via the website o Contact the Club Administrator to validate if players have been assigned to teams via the website 1.3 Player Information*: After accepting a spot on your child’s team prepare the following required items to submit at the organizational meeting (or provide to your Team Manager). 1. Forms: can be found at www.dynamofc.org – under Forms: o Dynamo Medical Release (notarized) and Dynamo Consent Form o US Club Form 2. $200 Deposit check made payable to: Dynamo FC 3. Copy of your child’s birth certificate (if player did NOT play for Dynamo during 2015-2016 season) 4. 1"x1" photo for your child's player card

3. EXPECTATIONS 3.1 Team: Commitment is for a full year, Fall and Spring Seasons. Players are expected to attend team training sessions, matches & scheduled functions. Details will be provided. 3.2 Club: Dynamo works to provide an ideal soccer environment. To do so, Dynamo expects each family to volunteer time to the club, assist with fundraising and help out where needed. A minimum hour volunteer requirement must be agreed to by each family, which is detailed on our website.

4. FEES 4.1 Annual Fees**: o U8 - $1050 ($200 due @ acceptance, $425 due in Fall and $425 due in Spring.) o U9 and U10 - $1150 ($200 due @ acceptance, $475 due in Fall and $475 due in Spring.) o Deadlines: the Fall payment is due in full by 10/1/2016 and the Spring payment is due in full by 3/1/2017. o All families will be notified of upcoming fee due dates through their Account on the Dynamo website. o Payments are accepted via Check or Credit Card. o Fee specific questions can be directed to the Club Administrator. o Scholarship information is outlined below. 4.2 What do the Annual Fees include? o Training sessions: 2 weekly training sessions. o Coaching staff including state and nationally licensed coaches and technical directors. o Winter Indoor Futsal League: late Jan thru March; and Sunday matches led by Dynamo Coaching staff. o Winter indoor training sessions: one weekday evening per week during winter months. o 9 League Games (ISL), including End of Year League Tournament (within the league). o One tournament per year: not including End of Year League Tournament. o Registration Fees for one league and Referee Fees. o Upkeep for Dynamo’s fields and administration of the Club. ** The initial fee balance is subject to change as Tournaments are added to specific age groups/teams (approx. $30/tournament/child) and for coaches travel if applicable. 4.3 Injury and Release Policy: Please review Dynamo FC injury and release policy found on the website. 4.4 Dynamo FC Scholarship: o Dynamo FC has scholarship opportunities available each calendar year. o Families interested in applying for a scholarship must complete the Scholarship Application Form (available on www.dynamofc.org) and submit it to the Club Administrator prior to July 1. o All families must pay the non-refundable deposit in order to be considered for a scholarship. o Questions and completed forms should be directed to the Club Administrator. 4.5 Uniforms: The Dynamo Kit is expected to cost approximately $150-$200. o Order uniforms through Soccer Village: www.soccervillage.com .
