click on Member Log-In.
On the next page Enter your Account ID (E-mail Address) and Password to access your Account Manager. Then click Continue.

This is your welcome screen. You can start the purchase process here as well as edit your profile, view your upcoming events and print your tickets at home.
Click BUY TICKETS & MEMBERSHIPS ~~ to join or renew your membership or to place a ticket order. On the next screen available events will display here. Choose an event and then click continue on the right side of the event. As more events become available you may un-check Select all and then check the box of the event you would like to buy. This will save time scrolling through all events.
For this example we will choose Mormon Tabernacle Choir click continue (tickets for Pavilion events include reserved seats and lawn tickets. They can be found by choosing – VENUE - Pavilion, there are separate VENUES to choose for Premium Parking and Lawn Chair Rental).
This screen displays choices for member benefit tickets as well as member purchases. Click here to review member level benefits.
You may now choose

the type of ticket you would like and then enter the quantity.
2 Next enter your section. FOR BENEFIT TICKETS: If you are Director, Patron or Diamond level choose Best Available Section 1-5 for your Pavilion benefit tickets. If you are Platinum or Gold choose in Sections 6-11 and 100 for your Pavilion benefit tickets Scroll down on the right side of screen to see more section choices and the lawn benefit choice (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels) This example is a Premium event and for the Gold level Benefit the ticket is $81.49 therefore there is an additional charge of $1.49 per ticket. *---Bethel Woods Premium Ticket Events: If the ticket price to an event is above the established member benefit base price, (General Seating - $80, Lawn Seating - $30) and you choose to use benefit tickets for the event you will be required to pay the amount over the base price. To PURCHASE tickets – select the number of tickets and then chose best available or the section you would like. The system will automatically give you the best available seats. For this example we have a Gold level membership and are choosing Pavilion benefit tickets. Then click find seats below.

If you do not want the seats in Ticket Results click search again at the bottom of the screen and start the process over, otherwise click add to cart. The system will confirm your selection and hold the tickets for 10 minutes, if you wish to add additional tickets or events to your cart click Continue Shopping if you have completed your selections, Choose add to cart.
Choose Print @ Home in the Delivery Drop down (the only option) and then Click checkout
On the next screen choose a payment option - Credit/Debit card and click next step.
On the next screen you will enter your name and address along with your credit card information and click next. If this selection is a premium ticket event ---this is where you will pay the additional amount above your benefit value. If this is a benefit ticket with no additional charge you may be asked to provide credit card information to verify your membership, name and address, you will not be charged. If you would like the system to remember your credit card information, please check the box below, Then click next step.

Please check the Terms of Use box and then click submit order You have completed the buy/purchase process and the screen below is your confirmation. You will need to go to your home screen to print your tickets. At the top of the screen please click home (not shown in this example). At the top of screen you may click Print this page for a confirmation of the transaction.

Next click home at the top of your screen. The home page opens and you can click manage my selections to see all events or you can go directly to a specific event click manage this event for a single event.
You can view your events on a calendar like the screen below or choose to look at your events in a list.
To print your tickets click the event on the calendar.
A new screen opens ---check the box at the bottom ---- terms of use….
And then click submit.
Next click Print-at-Home, then check the box Select All and then print at the top right of screen.
On the next screen… please read the instructions and then click print A PDF file will open--- click file and then print your tickets.
Your tickets are now sent to your printer and you are finished!
