Performance

For group projects, if the group consists of buildings with different space types, complete the documentation for the lowest performing building. If the group has buildings with the same space type, complete the documentation based on a floor area weighted average and provide calculations in the special circumstances section.

Energy baseline including historical data (1-9 points) Case 2, Option 2C. Energy baseline including historical data plus comparable buildings (1-18 points)
