Cancellation Policy for the 2014 Administrative Professionals Week® Leadership Seminar To Whom It May Concern: The Eagle Rock Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP®) has set forth the following cancellation policy as it applies to the 2014 Professional Leadership Seminar. The registration deadline for the seminar is April 9, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Registrations must be post-marked on or before April 9, 2014. Full refund of the paid registration fee will be granted if notice is received prior to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Notice may be given by e-mail or over the phone. You will be given confirmation at the time of cancellation. A non-refundable fee of $30.00 will be assessed if a cancellation is received after the April 9, 2014 deadline. No refund will be given after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2014. Alternatively, you may substitute an attendee. To substitute an attendee, please contact Marti Casper at (208) 526-4681 or e-mail [email protected] prior to 10:00 a.m. on April 14, 2014. Both the name of the original attendee and the substitute will be required. We are under obligation by our catering contract to pay for facilities, meals and refreshments, based on our headcount as of April 9, 2014. For this reason, we are unable to provide a full refund after our registration deadline. The $30.00 fee is recovery of the costs associated with the facilities and food, and does not include fees for speakers, or other expenses.

The Eagle Rock Chapter is willing to work with organizations on substitution of attendees. We will maintain a waiting list of late registrants, and will assist you in finding alternative attendees if possible. However, the cancellation fee will apply if a substitute cannot be found.
