EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP RECREATION DEPARTMENT presents
For Students Entering Grades 3 – 6 East Windsor Township is pleased to offer you the opportunity to register for our Adventure Camp program. We are excited to have yet another fun and safe summer with our campers! Please read all the following information regarding camp and registration procedures. Time and Dates: Camp for summer 2017 will start on Monday, June 26 and end on Friday, August 18. There is no camp on Monday, July 3 or Tuesday, July 4. Adventure Camp runs from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M., with extended camp care options available. Registration: Registration for East Windsor residents opens on March 10th. Registration for residents of Hightstown opens on March 31. Locations: Adventure Camp is being offered at the Hightstown High School. Camp Care: Morning and Afternoon Care will be available for campers of the Adventure Camp. Morning Care runs from 7:00 A.M. to 9 A.M. and Afternoon Care runs from 3 P.M. to 6 P.M. Fees are listed on the registration form. Daily registration is available at the camp with your child’s counselor. Fees for daily Camp Care are: $20.00 for Morning Care, $25.00 for Afternoon Care, and $40.00 for both. Fees for weekly camp care can be found online during registration and are significantly cheaper. Fees: The 2017 weekly registration fee for East Windsor residents is $180, with a reduced fee of $110 for week 2. The weekly fee for Hightstown residents is $205, with a reduced fee of $135 for week 2. Weekly fees include the cost of field trips, presentations, transportation to and from the trips, and a camp T-shirt to use during the summer. If your child attended camp last year, we will be using the same neon green shirts for your convenience. Additional shirts will be available to purchase on a first come, first served basis. Payment: Payment can be made online at our website https://register.communitypass.net/EastWindsor, brought in person, or mailed to the Recreation Department. We will accept a deposit with the remaining balance due no later than the Wednesday prior to the start of camp. If there is an outstanding balance for a camper at the start of camp, that camper will not be permitted to attend camp until the balance is paid. Waitlist: Our Camp Programs have a limited number of spots available each year. Once those spots have been filled, a waitlist will automatically be created for that week. The waitlist is based on a first come, first served basis. Please make sure to place your child on the waitlist through Community Pass. Should a space become available for your child, the Recreation Department will contact you directly. Refunds: No refunds will be granted after May 31. Those who would like to request a refund must contact the Recreation Department at (609) 443-4000, ext. 225. A $20 administrative fee will be charged for processing all refunds.
