Thursday 30 November 2017 Dear Parents/Carers Students are invited to take part in a joint Year 10 and 11 Christmas reward trip to The Hollywood Bowl at The Point in Bracknell. This is a celebration of success trip that recognises students’ hard work and commitment to school life. This trip will take place on the last day of term, Tuesday 19 December. Students will be leaving school at 9.30am and will be taken by coach to the venue. Students will be dismissed at around 12 noon from the bowling alley - they will not be returning to school. The cost of the trip is £6.50. To reserve a place for your child on this trip, please complete the parental consent slip and make payment via your ParentPay account. Should you need to activate your account please email [email protected]. As places are limited we will be allocating spaces upon receipt of both the payment and reply slip. If a student has failed to follow the school policy of ‘Respect and Pride’ they may be withdrawn from the trip and required to work in school on Tuesday 19 December 2017. This will be discussed with both the student and parents/carers via the Head of Year. The closing date for receipt of payment and the reply slip is Monday 11 December 2017 so we may confirm coaches; unfortunately we are unable to guarantee your child a place on the trip after this date.
