La Crosse, Wisconsin: Subway® restaurants across southwest Wisconsin are honored to announce a special partnership with USO Wisconsin, and hope to raise significant donations for the families of those who serve us. A week-long donation drive will take place in all participating Subway® restaurants beginning Monday, November 6, and culminating on Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2017. USO Wisconsin, Inc. is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of US Armed Forces and their families in Wisconsin. USO Wisconsin is one of the only organizations supporting currently serving military with more than 56,000 program participants last year. The goal is to help keep families connected during deployments and help keep family bonds strong when service members return. USO Wisconsin volunteers are often the shoulder that families can lean on while their loved ones serve our country. “Subway owners all across our region are very proud to announce this special event, and hope that, through the generosity of our customers; we will be able to raise significant funds for USO Wisconsin. We are also very happy that all the donations raised through this event will stay in the state, helping those in our own communities. We hope everyone will come out to your local Subway between November 6 and 11 and make a monetary donation to this very worthy cause” said Mike Hallum, Board Chair of the LaCrosse / Eau Claire area Subway® Restaurants. “We will also have a special offer for our customers that week. It’s our way of saying “thank you” for helping us in our efforts.” Between November 6 and November 11, any customer who purchases a 6” sub, and makes a monetary donation to USO Wisconsin at any participating Subway® restaurant will receive a free 6’’ sub of equal or lesser value. Extras at additional cost. Free 6” sub is redeemable at the time of donation only. There are 64 local Subway® restaurants, independently-owned, in the La Crosse/Eau Claire region, ranging from Chippewa Falls to La Crosse.
