How to Apply 1. Step:
Nomination requirements
To apply, you will firstly require an official nomination from a representative at your university (e.g. a staff member of the law school or the international exchange coordinator). The nomination will consist of the following information: o o o o
your name date of birth the title of your degree programme your email address
If your university is no partner university and you want to apply, you don’t need to be nominated and can proceed with the 2nd step of this instruction.
2. Step:
Completion of the application and credit card form
Having secured a nomination from your university, please complete the following steps:
a) Fill in the application form and credit card form electronically, print out the forms and sign the documents. Only signed applications will be processed. b) Attach the following documents to your application A recent CV A transcript of records (incl. current and previous law course(s) taken) A recent passport-sized photo c) Send the completed application by email to: [email protected] fax to: +49 611 7102 10 2225 or post it to: EBS Law Summer Programme Management EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 3 65189 Wiesbaden Germany d) The applicable fees will be charged to the credit card as provided in the credit card form. You will then receive a letter of acceptance by email to confirm your acceptance onto the programme.

Information about Visa requirements Should you require a visa, the letter of acceptance is required for your visa application at your local German embassy or General Consulate. Please consult the German Customs and Immigration Website for more information on visa requirements.

Acceptance into the 2017 Law Summer Please note that, after receiving all applications on the first deadline of March 28, the Law Summer office has to process and evaluate all documents. The first selection process for acceptance into the 2017 Law Summer will be finalized on March 31st. All acceptance letters will be sent out until then.
