Edge® performance and reliability in our newest and lowest profile lightbar. Extremely low profile (2 ½" high) with all the pizzazz of a conventional height lightbar. The Edge LFL Patriot™ Series combines the latest strobe, LED and halogen technology into compact state-of-the-art design. With the standard 44", 48" and 54" models you start with 4, 6, or 8 strobes and add up to 12 LED modules and up to 4 halogen modules. The LFL LC Series uses a small external wiring harness with 22 gauge wires that allow easy installation to any standard control head or low current switch controls Available with LED Traffic Advisor™ and in two mini-bar configurations. All LFL Patriot lightbars have a slightly wider footprint that provides greater stability and weight distribution on the thinner roof construction of today's vehicles.

Linear strobe tubes are soldered in for reliability and heavy-duty service. Strobe Power Supplies provide nine externally selectable flash patterns using new ScanLockTM (patent pending) momentary selection switching. Optional halogen takedowns, halogen alley lights, LED flashers (up to six front and six rear). Optional LED Traffic Advisor with two-wire control, which does not require a special control head for operation. New optional "Personality" module provides enhanced control and added flexibility to the operation of all lamps. Contact your Whelen Representative for details. Low "LC" current operation uses a small diameter external cable harness for operation with standard or low current switch controls or micro switches.
