The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm. The February minutes were approved. A motion was made, seconded, and passed. Association Award presentation – Brad Hewitt, D6 Director would like to present an award to the EHA. The EHA will contact Brad and have him present at the May meeting. The Coach Appreciation event is taking place on April 19th, 6pm, at the Edina Country Club. Judy will email the invitations to the coaches. City Update: The EHA does not owe back user fees. - Concession stand will be transitioning to Braemar on June 1st. - The City will be working on a user and advertising agreement. New Structure of the Board - Erik will continue to work on the framework. Please email Erik your area of interest. Pre-season Bantam Clinic is up and running. Emails have been sent out to returning Bantam players and Pee Wee’s that will be Bantams next year. Recognition of outgoing board members – Erik thanked Renee, Billy, and Joanne for their service and commitment to the board. Todd Shuman was absent. 1
New Business: There was no new business. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm. The next Edina Hockey Association board meeting will be held on April 9, 2012, 7pm, at Edina City Hall – Community Room
