Dear Supporters, As we celebrate our 57th Anniversary of providing Youth Football and Cheer to the El Cajon Community, we are looking forward to another successful year with the help of our many volunteers and sponsors. El Cajon Falcon Youth Football League is a non-profit organization for boys and girls whose mission is to set the standard in youth sports by providing youth with organized competition in a safe environment. All Board members and coaches are volunteers and do so for the love of the game and to help the hundreds of youths in our program every year. Our association and volunteers are dedicated to building character in our youth by teaching respect, responsibility, fairness, good sportsmanship and how to live healthier life styles. Furthermore, to instill the values of education by encouraging our participants to maintain satisfactory grades in school and to emphasize the importance of keeping proper relationships and a balance between home, scholastic and athletic endeavors. Our organization is funded by donations from the parents of the children and contributions from members of our business community. The cost to support the teams continues to rise each year.
