Election Eve Prayer Gathering at the Capitol

Monday, November 7, 2016

5:45 – 7:00pm

Prayer Focus “Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, to whom belong wisdom and might. He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise…” Daniel 2:20-21

A Non-political Event These are unique, if not strange, days in the political history of America. Believing that God has called His people to pray for our nation and its leaders, several pastors and state leaders will facilitate individual and small group prayer times for local, state, and federal elections, as well as for people affected by other ballot proposals and outcomes.

Details Gathering at 5:45 - 6:00 p.m. Prayer sessions at 6:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., rain or shine. Location: War Memorial Building Plaza, 301 6th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37243

Purpose To publicly testify that our trust is not in a candidate or political party but in the Lord our God regardless of political outcomes. We have hope today and after November 8 because He reigns. Come and pray and be a witness with us.
