Electric City Soccer Club DBA MT rush soccer Minibolts Program Parent Volunteer Hours Log (for receiving a scholarship) Your family is responsible for volunteering 5 hours PER scholarship PER child. Give your volunteer log to the Minibolts Coordinator by the last game of the season. If you do not fulfill your 5 hours per scholarship, your money will not be returned and you will not be considered for another scholarship in upcoming seasons.
